Why can't I load Merge Academy?

Why can't I load Merge Academy today? This happens frequently..

Hello! I have not heard of any recent issues with Merge Academy, I tried accessing the game before replying to both of you and was able to connect with the game on my side. Let's try some steps to see if this helps!
Clear all Cookies and Cache from your device.
Check for all system updates.
Restart your computer. If you are playing on a phone or tablet, make sure to reboot these as well by turning them off and on as well.
Restart your router. Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.
See if any of these system checks help with your loading issue at this time and feel free to let us know how it goes!

Same problem here, Merge Academy not loading for the last three days.

I restarted my computer, but I do NOT want to clear my cookies because they are important for groceries, medical sites, etc. So my take is that Merge is too much of a memory hog for me to deal with at this time.

I got Best Buy's Geek Squad involved when a similar Merge problem happened last month, and they did a complete PC tuneup and then Merge worked....for a few weeks. But that's too much work for me to go through again this soon, because it did clear all my cookies and I was DAYS getting access back to other sites which are more important to my life than games....much as I love the games.
