Why hasn't anything been done to fix the disappearing letters in Scrabble?

This problem has been going on for weeks and it's about time you did something about it. I've been a Pogo member for many years and have played Scrabble from the beginning. I hate the new format and when the letters disappear, I have to start all over again. I think it's sad that you don't do anything to help. DO SOMETHING NOW!

    @JustDaffy Thank you for sharing your feedback for Scrabble, I would be happy to share this with our team.

    We recently released a patch meant to address some of the issues players reported here. 

    However, our team is still aware of issues and working on providing fixes. Sconnie recently addressed this in an AMA hosted on the Pogo Forums here.

    @JustDaffy I totally agree with you! Why Pogo decided to change from classic before they were prepared is beyond me! Do something or give us a refund.

    This was first reported June 23 rd. Why it should be 2 months plus and still no fix is just nonsense ! The problem is getting worse. Can't even finish a game without jumping through hoops. Now not only do letters disappear but constantly "disconnected from server". When my membership expires I am done ! We pay our membership faithfully I do not think we are asking too much to be able to play the games we enjoy.

    having the same issues as well with this new format of scrabble.........its awful . This has been going on for a while now
