Word Whomp-GOAT Challenges

Whenever I click on Nestor GOAT "Shop and Play" it just takes me directly to play Word Whomp.  It never pulls up any challenges for me to purchase.  It's been like this for two days.  Please advise.

    Hello! Certain game collection packs can be acquired within the game itself.  Once you start the game, you will notice the collection available for purchase.

I can't get WW to load at all most of the time. When I try it shows 44% loaded and still loading but never does.  I hope you get resolve. What has happened to POGO? I never used to have these many issues.  Gin freezes all the time, and I know it's not my system because others are asking in the chat comments about it and it lags all the time, so people leave the game because they think you are not playing.  I am starting to think the annual cost is not worth it anymore. :(
