I can see 2 years ago you posted about this on a Plants vs. Zombies Franchise discussion, the advice given was for that game to a different player. Additionally, the screenshot provided seems to be characters from Snowbird Solitare not World Class Solitaire.
Can you please verify if this is for World Class Solitare or Snowbird Solitare, and have you tried any of the troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue?
