Yesterday I logged in to Pogo after being out for 3 or 4 hours and played Merge Academy. Should have been full of energy but it was zero. It would start building energy like normal, then I got out of program came back and it is zero again. Other players were refreshing and getting 50 energy every time they got out of Merge and went back. Mine would just zero out.
I also just lost the 100 energy for completing Chapter 1. Please fix this, and restore the missing energy. This is ridiculous.
Same here - 2 days with no fix or communication. This is the only game I even play daily. I'm rethinking my subscription to Pogo.
I actually came back and as the minute ended energy was deleted instead of added. When it hit zero it started adding again.
Yep … two days now! Energy only regenerates while in the game merge page.

Same problem here. I lost 100 energy twice yesterday. This morning I had 100, used the save and exit arrow, and it deleted all my energy. Very frustrating.
First thing this morning I logged onto Merge Acadamy and was shocked to find zero energy. This has not happened to me before. Is anyone getting any help for this issue?
