Community ManagerI have been enjoying building my city, logging countless hours, for almost a decade. Then two days ago I sign in to complete and utter chaos. This game has been a primary outlet I look forward to because it is fun, it relaxes me, and gets me out of my day to day grind, but that is now no more. After nearly 10 years I am considering no longer playing. I have spent money on this game many times throughout the years, so not only have I been a loyal player but also a paying participant. What a let down!!
I spent years accruing simoleons that I suddenly had to spend the bulk of in order to get services that were already bought and paid for up to par with the new requirements. My city had things where I wanted them based on the previous service requirements. Now I all of a sudden am having to pay exorbitant amounts for services I already purchased, and need another fire station somewhere I didn’t need it before, and now my perfect little area has to have an ugly fire station right in the middle of it.
I do not like the new UI.. I do not want to have to click to see number of keys, neo bank balance, etc when I could easily see them before. I keep hitting the construction helmet by mistake constantly, meaning I now have to hit it again to get the options to re-show, annoying!
I really hope someone rethinks these changes, or you may have lost me from buying/playing this or any other EA game ever again.
