Hi,

I have been away from the game for years and decided to redownload to get back and restart the account. I would like to point out that the previous UI for GTHQ allowed a direct transition to the shop item from the store shelf. The new UI update introduces a slow zoom into the city, identify the market icon, then load the items on the shelf, adding another loading lag, and finally allows the purchase of the items. This does not logically make sense as we are not visiting the city, we are tapping an item to purchase listed on GTHQ. Second, the UI update adds extra taps to make the purchases inconvenient, not necessarily adding any incentive to spend more or buy sim cash. It would be more beneficial for EA if the GTHQ allows users to send friend requests to the seller cities to promote more inter-city exchanges. Hope you consider the UI rollback in addition to the feedback for the utilities mentioned here.
