aside from the utter annoyance of this for high level / developed cities, the basic logic and demand / capacity logic seems defective.
- all power sources are connected to roads in valid positions.
- there is more than 2 x capacity relative to demand
- More than $2m simoleons spent on upgrades and increasing capacity
- more than 100k neosimoleons spent on upgrades
This is worthy of quitting the game entirely (which seemed inevitable anyways after the network downgrades 6 months ago and all the new push ads)
please don change things all the time just to change things.
Some of the recent changes like the seasons are great, some feel like you are confusing adding new features to each upgrade as an measure of productivity which it isn’t.
don’t roll stuff around out before you have the math right and it isn’t super buggy.
if there are bizarre subtle rules that might explain the power issue in my city which would seem on the obvious basis of supply / demand / connectivity to be fine that I am missing, maybe a short explainer along with the upgrade?
