Community ManagerI can’t access services, roads, factories without my game crashing. Constantly. It’s unplayable. Customer service won’t answer. Also I need millions of simoleans to upgrade everything. You said I would have time to upgrade without houses needing fixing but I have symbols everywhere. I can’t keep up. You have ruined my cities. It’s an avalanche of issues. I can’t play the game anymore. Also what a lovely Christmas present for everyone. I imagine this won’t be answered like the rest of my messages. Also I bought the speed up last season with real money and it wasn’t implemented so I lost real money and was told no one can do anything about that so stealing too. Reading this I don’t even know why I am still playing. I think this is an ask because I used to love this game.
