All negative, the update forces long time players to totally redesign cities to eliminate population to make room for services

Stands out - how bad it is. Surprises me - nothing you’ve been releasing bad, bugged and unwanted updates for months. This is the worst so far 0/10 for effort, code and customer satisfaction 

• Is there room for improvement with the update? And if so, what would EPIC look like for you and 'Why'?

Improvement. Pull it and post a HUGH apology in this forum for getting it so wrong

Old engineering saying, “If it isn’t broken don’t fix it”. Services 1.0 wasn’t broken why did you “fix” it.
