I don’t understand the point of this outside of an attempt to hurt your loyal players. Why am I being required to spend a crazy amount of simoleons just to upgrade my already purchased services? It literally does nothing except prevent you from intentionally hurting my city for no reason. Absolute insanity- I look forward to your BS response that is likely written by AI
