Community ManagerSince this last update that I see happened on my phone at 12:37, I traveled from my main city to the frosty region and now when trying to get back to my main city or any other city my game crashes immediately. I can't do any mayors pass assignments because I can't get back to my main city where all my factories and commercial buildings are. I cant do anything. I'm level 80, literally almost level 81. I do NOT want to have to start ALL THE WAY OVER. I have so much money and time invested in this game. I'm president of a club. Which my son is also a member of and a few friends of mine. I have so many awesome buildings, landscape, parks,transportation, entertainment, gambling, etc etc. I cant lose everything I've spent like 7 years working so hard to get. Please please fix this. I play this game every single day. Multiple times a day. Not a day goes by that I don't play this game. Please help me.
Can I get a little more clarification, is this an Apple phone or a Android phone? Is it crashing every time you try to start the game? Have you saved your account information via Apple or Google Play, or Facebook?
