This is so unfair!!!.... every building is affected. I've played this game for over 10 years.... I've never been so upset by a phone game in my life. After all the money and hard work to try to get the 4th city... I get kicked in the jewels for my consistent and loyal patronage. What an insult to the long time payers that have funded this game. It's now officially a scam to make money... your urinating on us trying to convince us it's rain. My city is going to be hours of work and just as much money to get my population back.... I'm really angry and definitely going to make the interet aware of your unethical and predatory schemes!
