I used to play this game a lot. I downloaded it again to have something to fiddle around with at work during down time, and it started out fine. When I gained access to sewage management, everything went downhill. My water and power supplies appeared in the red and stayed that way to matter how many times I upgraded. All the sources are connected via roads. What should I do?
