This roll out is affecting all of my cities, all services should’ve remained the same as my cities had coverage, now I have lost pretty much the entire population of each of my cities because of this insane Services 2.0 roll out. I refuse to spend coins for an upgrade that wasn’t needed in my cities. I don’t mind paying for certain features but this is a complete disaster. Fix it now!
