Just another user letting EA know this “update” is plainly not an improvement in gameplay and probably would be better described as a “downdate”. The service buildings set my cities backwards by 6-12 months at my rate of playing, and probably 1-2 million simoleons, when all is said and done, in exchange for absolutely zero additional fun. Worse still, the update doesn’t work as intended because when I upgrade capacity to far exceed demand, the buildings still show complaints.
I’ve never spent a dime on SCBI and don’t plan to, even more so now with this update turning the game into an obvious money funnel. Oh how I long for the days when you went to the store, bought a game, and played your heart out as far as skill and luck would take you.
Not sure how many SCBI users are children and how many are adults, but as an adult I’ve played many games in my life and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a worse change in a previously great product.
