Do the game developers and admin accept that there is a problem?

I received this reply through the in-game help link about 2 weeks ago. They do accept that there is a problem, but were not very clear on when it will be fixed.

  That’s a AI bot answering coz the dipsticks in EA can’t read and haven’t got any way to stop this upgrade. That’s why we don’t get any replies from them 😇
