Community ManagerI just got the Services 2.0 update. I have 2 fire service buildings (small and basic) covering a certain area. I upgraded the fire buildings to their full capacities and had no complaints, but I discovered later that something was wrong with my fire services.
There are two buildings covering an area but the game over burdens the smaller building. It should intelligently spread the demand between the two services but it isn't doing that. Now, even though the buildings are sufficient for that area, I still get complaints and abandoned homes because it keeps shifting all the demand to the smaller service building.
