We need to expand the area where we can build. What’s the point of collecting items if we can’t put them anywhere?

Once you upgrade the omega service buildings you delete the others giving so much space back.

    Yes having extra space back is always nice, BUT, nobody wants to have to waste their gold and neosims updating buildings OR destroy their designs. It's not as simple for everyone as it is for you.
