Community ManagerI logged in just to say how disappointed (and bewildered) at the Services update, how it’s killed the enjoyment of the game, and how it massively penalises your long term and loyal players, an update where the bigger your city the more issues you’re going to have. We didn’t build our cities to respond to this update. It’s a massive change we could not have anticipated. The amount of work to now fix my cities when they previously weren’t broken makes it pointless.
I played this game every day for about 8 years.

once I realised what this update was, I logged off about a month ago and haven’t bothered to log back on. I’m not even frustrated any more, the joy is gone. I’m not even interested.
I just don’t understand it. Did you test it on big cities? Mind boggling…
