Hello!
Personally I preferred the old mechanism; it was more reasonable and straightforward.
But I'd also like to report a bug. The new update doesn't distribute the service properly and can saturate buildings that should be ok with their capacity, which brings a lot of issues in the gameplay.
Proof of the bug is that I have notifications indicating that the services are not enough, but if I move the building that is needing more capacity away and back into its place it works again. The problem is aggravated because the fix only works while the game is open. After closing it and coming back the day after, you'll see abandoned buildings because they lack services.

- 1) Initial state when I open the game. Fire station is at max level, but some areas are not fully covered. Note that I have a maxis manor at the right which is unlimited
- 2) Drag station out of its place
- 3) Place back in. Issues are gone!
- 4) Buildings are still abandoned and require renovation because the fix is temporary. When I close / reopen, the issue re-appears and buildings are abandoned over and over
I understand this probably happens because the game consumes the service capacity in an order that is suboptimal.
Besides that, there are multiple inconsistencies now between the new control panel and the old dashboard where all the services are managed individually.
Please fix :) otherwise it's hard to keep up
