 I’m actually level 99 but I still can’t unlock the last region Reaching the required population to open it is pure torture The game developers really should reconsider those limits too

    Same. I won’t be able to get last region unless I remove a lot and just have wall to wall residential buildings. I don’t want my city looking like that so it isn’t going to happen. I left cactus canyon for last since it has no beach or mountain. If things change and I can open it, fine. If not, it stays locked. I’m losing interest with all the horrible updates so I may not be playing much longer anyway.
