💭Services 2.0 - Full Rollout - Feedback Thread

First impressions: great way to **bleep** off your players/customer base. 

What stands out? The amount of money and time it will take to remake my cities. 

What makes sense? Nothing.  Does anything not make sense? Why this update was necessary. 

The game worked fine. How does the system feel now compared to earlier rollout? It feels like I wasted a lot of time, money, and energy on something that I am not going to continue playing now. 

Has anything changed? This is an example of a stupid question, Captain Obvious. 

What matters most to you? My time and money and I’m not going to be spending any more of it on this game. 

Is it clear how to spot issues and what to do next? Yes. 

Did anything surprise you? The amount of money and time it will take to get everything back up to the level needed to sustain the population level. 

Does it feel intuitive? Yes, my intuition is this update is all about boosting your bottom line. 

What is your city level, and how manageable did the transition feel when moving things around? My city is at level 93. I was able to fix my Sunny Isles region but now I’m out of simoleons and can’t fix the other regions. 

Overall vibes and anything else. 

Significant Resource Drain: The immense amount of time and Simoleons required to restructure cities feels like a "waste" of time and investment. Forced Rebuilding. Cities are forced into a major, costly overhaul, leading to running out of funds to manage multiple regions. 

Poor Value Proposition. The update is unnecessary for the function of the game and appears to be driven by the desire to boost the EA Sports bottom line rather than enhance the player experience. 

Low Engagement Intent. The update is frustrating and will mean a long time will be spent to update each region, so the likelihood of me continuing to play has decreased significantly. 

Hopefully you will read every one of these comments that players have made and pass them on to the developers and restore the game back to its original form. Then break each of the services updates into manageable sections and add them systematically so the game play isn’t significantly impacted as it is  now.
