Community ManagerI wonder if they are doing this in waves (maybe they even said they would, but I didn't understand how it would happen). What you described happened to my cities a few weeks ago, but today when I logged on, my cities were back to normal for the most part. They were all back at almost 100% happiness. With just a few tweaks needed. Maybe this was the necessary process needed to fully implement the 2.0 update?
You have 13 days to implement (grace period) after that your city will be ruined - very difficult to resolve expecially if you have a lot of omega building
Yep, my 13 days are up and after trying to make the necessary upgrades to my cities, I'm throwing in the SimCity towel. This is ridiculous and impossible!
