What a down right lie.
Do you really want us to believe you? We would put some trust into your comments if EA actually did something about all of these issues. Instead we are held at bay, thinking maybe EA will - only to have this community manager say "thank you for sticking with us during this time".
These kinds of actions lead to mistrust, resentment and failure. You want us to trust you then give us something we can build on. Not lies and deceit.
Service 2 has been out for several month now, if EA had any desire to listen and fix the game they would have done this by now. Or perhaps their development team is so incompetent that they really do not know what is going on. We think otherwise, EA and the development team knows exactly what is going on. They have changed this game on purpose, and for what reason? Who knows what their motive is.
What ever the case may be, everyone who has posted a comment of this forum should realize it is here as a sounding board only. Somewhere; where EA hopes, that a player will somehow be satisfied at venting their feelings without having to roll-back service 2.
Congratulations EA and the development team, one of the greatest boon-dongles of all time.
One thing for certain, if I were on the Board of Directors of EA, we would certainly be looking for concrete answers as to why the development team has done what they have. And for what it is worth - we would be asking for resignations for the people responsible for ruining/killing this "cash-cow" of a game.
