Hi Mayors,
Thank you again to everyone who has been sharing feedback about how the new Services 2.0 system feels in your cities. Some of you have shared that you’re frustrated and confused about the lack of updates in this thread. I just wanted to pop in quickly and share more about that.

A bit about me and my role:
To start, for those who don’t know me yet, I am one of the Community Managers here on the EA Forums. 👋 You will sometimes see me posting here and in different game sections because my role covers multiple EA communities, including SimCity BuildIt.
In some topics, I can share direct steps and advice to help you with a specific issue, like account access or ban appeals, so you may see one-to-one replies in those scenarios. In a feedback thread like this, my role is to read, understand, and pass that feedback on so your voices reach the studio - a lot of behind-the-scenes work is happening here.

We have been watching this space, reading your posts, and listening to the feedback you’re sharing through them. 🙂 I want to reassure you that a quieter presence from me here does not mean your posts are being ignored or that they do not matter. They do matter, and your feedback has been read and passed on.
Where will we share updates/new information about Services 2.0?
When there is news about Services 2.0 or clear next steps to share, that information will be communicated through a separate announcement post that I’ll pin to the top of our SCBI board. That will help everyone find it quickly and easily. I’ll update this thread to share a link to that post so everyone in here who’s contributed with their feedback can learn about it and check it out asap. 🙂
