[2020 April 27] Error Code 60002.503.999 can't access to the Game.

I have the same problem. And I also spent a lot of money in this account already.

and there is a war ongoing against my club at the moment.

i hope they fix this VERY SOON!!!

i’ve tried opening it on my phone and ipad, every time it says “Hello, Mayor! Server timed out. Please try again. (Error code: 60002.500.999 - Player id: 2090580002)”. just wanted to get this out in the open so EA could fix it 🙂.

I’m trying to open my Sim City app and I’m getting this messages (SimCity Server Times Out. Error code: 60002.503.999 - player Id: 1969250820).

however, I’ve updated the app and everything was getting normal.

I’m using iPhone 8 plus.

I just got this error too no matter what I try. I was logged in an hour or so ago and only have one device. I've put in a fair amount of cash (the only game on my phone I've paid for) and would be really upsetting to lose my progress. Especially the 6th season just started and I just bought the Season Pass the other day...

Update:  I just restarted my device and tried to restart the game.  Now I see error 60002.500.999.  What????? I looked for a solution to this additional error and can’t find any solution, just a bunch of other users also complaining about it.  I have an idea EA, how about you take responsibility for this and just fix the problem?!

Com on EA, this is ridiculous.  If you people can’t fix this properly without me losing everything, then I want a FULL REFUND FOR EVERY PURCHASE MADE IN THE GAME!

Now I can login again and everything seems to be there...

Same here, worked fine all morning and then bam, saying my internet is offline which is false.  Been trying to get back in for over an hour.  I deleted the app and all history and still same error code.

I had this happen to me  code 60002.503.999 before and after I updated. I checking everything and its  working, but I get the server timeout screen. Maybe the server crashed on us and ea is trying to fix it. I guess I'll just have to wait and see if it fixes itself. I'm in canada.
