I have submitted a ticket regarding this issue, with no response from EA. Specifically, I have a 60002.1006.999 error when trying to login to my city.While in the middle of game play, I was given a notice to “refresh from server” from my city. Prior to this, normal actions from the global market took several seconds (i.e. purchasing items with simoleons). The timing was the absolute worst… I was in the final hours of a close war with my club (which we apparently lost, in part because of this), I cannot complete CoM objectives (which I paid dearly for, along with Vu passes), many many items are rotting in my depot to be taken by Daniel, etc., etc.I’ve removed the application from my iPad, re-installed it, went through the tutorial and tried to rejoin via the Facebook connection (what EA hounds us to do to “backup our city”) with no luck… three times. I have thousands of hours (and probably dollars too!) invested into my city. HELP!!Cheers and Thank you

I am able to login to my city, however, everything is reset -- no money, no war cards, kicked out of my team, all my storage items gone, all my currency gone, all my war items gone, all experience and levels set back to 0. Only got a form letter response from EA so far. All the items I've purchased over the past year+ are also gone. This is now day 3 and nothing from EA in terms of resolution.

@hwsbrlfxqgre Ok, now the same thing happened to me. Lost my club and all of my progress. Very sad. I hope they can fix it or I might quit.

Cautious optimism— my current CoM progress and rewards have been restored! Still can’t find my club and all the other issues (see below) are not resolved, but this is a positive step. 1) All war cards are missing. 2) I cannot see or rejoin my team. 3) All sim cash is gone. 4) All inventory items — including a large collection of war items, vu items and other inventory are gone. 5) All simoleons are gone. 6) All gold keys are gone 7) All platinum keys are gone 8) All omega cash is gone 9) A large inventory of war boosters (jackpots, shields, duds, etc) are gone. 10) All regions, their buildings and populations are gone. I had 4 regions unlocked and poured a significant amount of resources into them. 11) All Omega storage items are gone. 12) All previously earned Mayor’s Pass buildings are gone 13) All buildings, parks, landscape items, etc that I had in storage are gone. This represents a significant amount of items that I earned through various Contest of Mayors passes (all purchased!) and other contests and events.

It went away on it's own... every time I checked I had the option to "Quit" or "Contact Support"... the second time I attempted to contact support, I came back to the application and it loaded my city but with everything (except the buildings) gone.

It went away on it's own... every time I checked I had the option to "Quit" or "Contact Support"... the second time I attempted to contact support, I came back to the application and it loaded my city but with everything (except the buildings) gone.

@BusterL200 I saw that. I just replied to support again to reopen my ticket. I wonder if anyone has had a city restored?
