i think my city is gone so I won’t be playing again money down the drain 😡
I sent a follow up reply to the latest email asking me to be patient (I waited 4 days). EA's ticket system automatically created a new ticket on this email, meaning they closed (either intentionally or not) my original ticket. I'll continue to stay on top of this and will post what happens. Now on week 4... this madness has been going on since June 26th.

My friend was banned due to a server error. And the war card was initialized. My friends are really wondering if EA can get the card back. She was worried that EA would end the situation unresolved. She's been waiting for another month.
A friend of mine returned from NI to a regular server a few hours ago.
It seems that the war card is still reset.
But I'm glad she returned to a regular server.
How is the situation, everyone?@rootchan That’s great news in your friend. I’m still stuck on NI. Got a message last night from EA saying they’ve escalated the issue but are still trying to find the cause. I hope your friend is able to stay on the main server — I was there for a few hours and then got sent back to NI.
