I sent a follow up reply to the latest email asking me to be patient (I waited 4 days). EA's ticket system automatically created a new ticket on this email, meaning they closed (either intentionally or not) my original ticket. I'll continue to stay on top of this and will post what happens. Now on week 4... this madness has been going on since June 26th.
