Everything went black

Hi all.

 im not really looking for a discussion but i want my problem to be fixed. I have simcity buildit for a couple of years now and since a few months my game goed black every time i try to build something.  I deleted the app and that doesn't work!
I paid a **bleep** of money for nice buildings and luxury things 8n the game and now i can't even play it....
