Still nowhere here asked for a refund on mayors premium pass and was told no.

This morning’s response was finally not a form letter. Not a resolution but at least a sign that a human actually read what I wrote to them. I’m going to keep on this until made whole.

I have repeatedly asked that they restore my city to the main server and credit/restore my account with all purchases. This is the first time they’ve acknowledged that request. I’m going to keep demanding it. I have too much real money in the game.

We understand your concern about this as this involves your spends in the game.
Just adding the purchases and fulfilling the city requirements will not solve the purpose. However, finding the root cause of this to avoid such issues from happening again is what our team is working on.
