Hello, hope you're having fun so far! Sewage Plants smell bad and therefore create air pollution that your Sims do not like. Move the sewage plant as far as possible from Residential areas. I believe if you tap the Factories button, the map will turn white except for brown areas near your factories. The brown areas are air pollution and your sewage plant's footprint should show. Make sure none of your residential areas are covered by this brown footprint and your Sims happiness will rise again. Hope that was helpful, good luck!

Any help please? When I move the sewage pipe the people say get rid of the sewage and when I am moving it closer to my buildings, they say I am an awful mayor and of all the places,I placed it there.

How far out did you move the sewage and how long did you wait before you moved it back? Try moving the sewage away from them again and let us know if they're still complaining after a few hours.
