A serious vehicle roadworthiness bug and only for four lanes in both directions

Like in the picture, these cars will make a hard squeeze to drive in one lane through the die on this kind of road, but when I upgrade or downgrade the road to another level to get the road they can drive in the normal lane again, it feels like the 4 lane road is being targeted
