I have two cities: one is on my iPad, and another -- on my Android phone. Is there a possibility to connect those cities as friends, so I would pass some of much needed items from one of my cities to...

    Create a facebook account for each one.  Login to facebook on both devices each with their own account and you're set.

Thanks for confirming my suspicions. I just dislike to create empty accounts, you understand. But if that's the only way, well... You gotta do what you gotta do 🙂

    I don't like it either, so I had my daughter install the game on her phone.  We trade back and forth in it and I started her off right.  She's only level 12, but has 220 storage. 🙂 LOL
