abolish the golden ticket system

I have been charging for the mayor's pass until now. However, since the golden ticket has run out, it will not be possible to proceed with the mayor's pass in the future. So I'm going to stop charging for the Mayor's Pass next time. This is because there is no point in charging even though you know you won't reach the end.

If there were smart people in management, they would surely abolish the golden ticket system. The tickets required to proceed with troublesome assignments are meaningless even if they are originally free.
