Ad's played no reward ( it's a crime it's called fraud) Tapjoy are the criminals

Is anybody else having an issue with Ad's playing but then not giving the promised reward? I've had a Disney ad disable my Ad powered factory for 48 hours through this problem, and on multiple occasions lost "timed out" tasks due to an NHS ad playing but giving no reset so many times I had to cancel it. I've been playing for over 4 years, level 99, so I know how the ad system works. I would be very keen to hear from fellow Mayor's if this is also happening to them. EA have, as expected been no help. They did let slip that the company used to place the ads is Tapjoy. Tapjoy tell me to contact the individual advertiser. This all seems a little unfair as they are the ones getting the money for me watching the ads. I investigated further and found Tapjoy have form for this FRAUD. The Federal Trade Commission had them up in 2021 for 100's of thousands of instances of this fraud. They are on a 10 year FTC watch list an inliine for a $43k (US) fine each time they carry out this criminal behaviour. Let's be clear. Though it might be a small issue for each player it is being perpetrated across the whole game. Let's also be clear this IS CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR AND IS CALLED FRAUD.
