This is what happens when a game is nearing the end of its life. SCBI was released in 2014 making it almost 13 years old. They are trying to get every penny they can out of players at this point, and the game is dying and losing players every day. The support team has been automated with ai and I wouldn’t be surprised if that applies to the programming as well. With each update they add “features” no one wanted, and several bugs and glitches. SCBI has become advertising and micro transaction focused, and they are spending as little as possible on development and support.
