After installing latest update Oct 5 2020 game crashes instantly on launch.

Hey helpdesk,  I have a problem after updating game Simcity buildit on my Asus tablet (Android ver.4.2.2) and do not have the corresponding Player ID. Every time I launch it, game crashes instantly...

    Just to close the topic, Zendesk was able to help me and they restored my city.

    They copied the old one over my new playerID, and afterwards I removed the old one from our club.

@BluestreakNL Any chance you saved the data to your Facebook account too? If so, try log out and log back in.

Hope you can recover your city.

Thanks for your reply, but I'm one of those without a Facebook account.

A matter of principles, but I guess that it might have made a difference in these circumstances :o)

My city must be active *somewhere* in the universe.. I can still visit it from the mayors club list.
