After the last update...
The game is simply unplayable. My capacity far exceeded the demand, still my entire town is red with only complaints about no electricity, water etc. Thinking this should only be some sort of error...

I am also very upset with this latest update. I'm a long time player, high level, population 2 million in my capital city. All of my services, including Omega services, were more than enough, and now, suddenly, they're not. I've watched my population steadily decrease this past week despite upgrading said services, including Omega services bought with neo simoleans, which are even harder to come by since my Omega buildings are now abandoned. Just like the OP, I have more than enough capacity to meet demand, yet all of my buildings are getting abandoned. And to make matters worse, the so-called in-game support button seems to be missing, so we have to come to these forums. Can we get this fixed, please?
