Alternatives to SimCity BuildIt

Now that happiness is no longer protected, I am not actively playing SimCity BuldIt (SCBI) and am looking for recommendations of alternative games. I would like a game that has a social aspect like the Mayor's Club in SCBI. I would like to find something that the members of our Mayor's Club can move to and work together.

If you have a suggestion please provide a short description of the similarities and differences between the game and SCBI.
