Android 14 on Pixel phones --no ads, cannot connect to servers

Weseem to be in a discussion group without the ea team. This is a problem i have too. I reported it elsewhere, but since a half year the helpdesk seems unavailable. Lets hope this will be fixed soon, a year ago i had the same problem and it was fixed acopple of months later, helpdesk couldnot help me. Now i have the same problem with a newcity. Perhapsin a month or so they will fix it.

Hi, I've been playing without the option to play ads for a while now, the support when I contacted them was pretty rubbish, I used to reinstall the game in order to get the ads back but even that has stopped working. I'm using Google Pixel 7 pro, any ideas on how to solve this?

At first I thought it was only my Pixel, but I have a backup Samsung phone that recently got the Android 14 update. Now it's all gone ☹️ (all the ads)

What are you people doing about this?

This has been going on for sometime

I reported this problem multiple times, i have 4 cities without any advertizing. The answer is, its server based, we cant intervene. Nice, i knowits a bug, i had the same problem 3 years ago, and they fixed it after a coupleof months, its bad, no advertizements at all, not for repairing war, vu for vu items, no daily bonuses, and so on. I had to tell the helpdesk in 4 replies to escalatethe problem to the developers, all the time they told, its not a bug, sometimes youjust dont get  advertizing. Pff. I hope theyforwarded it this time, unfortunately no one of simcity looks at this forum , only ea, to inform youofillegal entries. Sorry!

I cannot view ads to speed up production. Ad Generator factory is also not working. I have seen some posts mentioning Android version 14 issues that may cause this. Any fixes?

Im using android 14 on samsung s23 ultra, do you know why my ad factory is always stuck on non operational? I cannot put it back into inventory since there is pending items in the factory, but i also cannot start the factory. Any suggestion how to solve this issue?
