Daily Simcash unable to connect issue?

Same issue so cannot access game at all 

Is your city already connected to one of those options? Maybe, if not, that's when you see the problem with the simcash. Just guessing.

I use Apple sign in and never have had a problem

I use Google Play as my sign in. Never had any trouble syncing my city between my Android phone and Android tablet. It even worked on my old iPad before I traded it in for my Samsung tablet.

I have had the same problem for approximately 3 weeks. Prior to this, I had no problems. In game, the 'gov't icon appears. When I follow it, I get taken to the store, but 'college's prompts me to enable functional cookies (what?), But checking my game stats before clicking the 'gift' icon it shows I'm collected to the game via Facebook, where my games are saved.

I've tried contacting support, but as you might expect they are about as much use as much flaps on a tortoise. My query haven't even been dignified by a reply from Customer Support. I've just updated my help request by asking if there is any chance of getting a response before 2027.

I don't hold out much hope. It's just another example of EA's utter contempt for their users, and their ineptitude, incompetence and indifference towards users who have been.playing the game for years. I'm at game level 99, and obviously have spent incalculable hours playing the game and buying various items. Of course, this means NOTHING to EA. They have my money, and that's all they care about. We've seen this time and again, and I doubt the leopard will ever change its spots.

Yes me too. All three sign in options can’t be used. I have to go in my computer to the Simcity website in order to do it.
