Are the upgradable service buildings ever going to be widely released?

Fair question.

From what I've seen from data miners, there is a possibility they will be rolled out with next season but I'm going to be honest. I am tired of waiting, I am tired of the confusion players have with services as some are unwilling beta testers and have the upgradable service buildings, and others don't.

EA has been working on these for ages and as a result, release substandard app updates that break as many things as they fix. These upgradeable service buildings are the one game update I've actually really wanted to see rolled out.

Get your act together EA. Your communication methods are horrible, your customer service is horrible, your app updates are horrible. Clearly a lot of time has been spent on these upgradable service buildings, and players are left in the dark with what is going on. 

EA really should not be involved in game development anymore. What has happened to it?

    what's happening is they're selling the company. they'd rather have instant money from in-game purchases so they can squeeze every penny possible out of us before it changes hands. actual game development and customer care stopped being important as soon as they decided they were going to sell it. now they're just tying up the last loose ends and getting ready to hand us over.

    I'm really looking forward to the new owners taking over. they certainly can't do worse than eA has been doing.

    I am perfectly aware that EA is being bought out. What does that have to do with a team of developers in Finland who wouldn't know their own hands from a hole in the ground?
