Area expansions/expanding the regions

One thing that is annoying me and doubtless others is that when we're paying for the premium mayor's pass and getting area expansion deeds as rewards, but can't use them as we're already fully expanded. These deeds are racking up every season but can't be used by those who no longer have anywhere to expand.

I would love for the regions to get more area to expand, or perhaps the creation of one or two extra regions. I know when the game celebrated an anniversary several months back the capital city saw a minor area expansion, I had 18 deeds saved up at that time and was able to expand right away.

If we're paying for these premium passes, then we should be enjoying every benefit. If the game cannot be expanded further, we should be given the ability to sell area deeds to other players just as we do with area expansion items.
