attempted to claim dailycash but accidentally touched wrong button "-1800 cash"

Question

I attempted to claim my daily cash but accidentally touched button that is right next to daily cash which is "1800 cash" for "129,600 coins" which was TOTAL accident and 100% mistake! I did NOT mean to touch the button, that was the wrong button and now the game has removed 1800 sims cash from my account and gave me 129,600 coins.

I did NOT want those coins nor that transaction! That was 100% accidentally button touch. 1800 cash has been removed. I was simply trying to collect my dailycash and accidentally touched button that is right next to dailycash.
Can the accidental transaction be reversed and remove the 129,600 coins from my account and reimburse my 1800 sims cash?

PLEASE understand this was accidental button touch and that I did not mean to purchase 129,600 coins for 1800cash. The button is right next to dailycash. I really hope this can be reversed. I would genuinely appreciate some help.

I've attached all screenshots to prove I was simply trying to collect my daily simscash NOT spend the 1800 cash for 129,600 coins. Please help anyone!

This honestly feels crushing because it was a total accident!&nbsp;They put the button so very close to the other button, it's crazy! I accidentally clicked it. I really hope they will just remove the 129,600 coins and put back my 1800 cash. Seems very sketchy how there's no confirmation button and how they put the button so so close together like that. Crazy how 1800 cash is gone just like that and I'm left with 129,600 useless coins. I feel cheated! Support can technically reverse this but not feeling too optimistic. It was such a grind to earn that simscash and now 1800 is gone in a split second. Crushing.&nbsp;

This is by design unfortunately. Hopefully they will step up and make it right but it's feeling hopeless and crushing at the moment after doing research this has literally been an issue since year 1, just first time this personally has happened to me. Rip 1,800. I grinded CoM so hard to earn 1st, all for nothing now it feels like.☹️&nbsp;
