Automated mandatory reconstructs
The automated reconstruction is making it difficult to update residential houses. My reconstructs are on my game constantly. What can be done to slow them down.

Yes now that my cities are all stable you add this. Forcing me to upgrade buildings. I’m trying to meet unrealistic goals already and you take away half my buildings I need for the mayors challenge by making them unavailable to fulfill regional upgrades. WHY? What is the point. It’s like you have kicked us all down to a point we don’t want to play and then you spit on us for even trying to find any joy left in this game.
