This is the second war in which I was put under a dome, and I cannot get out because I don’t have enough bolts. I’ve spent over 90 sim dollars to get trains to come faster, and I still don’t have enough money to buy the bolts I need. I feel like I’m letting down my mayors’ club and I would really like to take part in the war. I don’t think that getting bolts and captain’s caps should be required in order to repair cities attacked in the war.

My Club will be at war in just over 1 hour's time. As the Mayor with the most powerful disasters, I am frequently targeted. I don't mind that so much, except that I, like you, was one of those 'lucky' individuals given the 'privilege' of being chosen for this I'll-conceived nightmare that is Mass Transit.
It's an utter nightmare, and, like you, I'm sure I will feel that I'm letting my club down, whereas before, I have been able to share in the wars fully.
I refuse to buy railroad items for greenbacks or real cash, and unless things alter radically, can see myself saying farewell to a game which, like so many others, I have come to love and enjoy over previous years.
