Blueprint designs not uploading

I upload my designs and the next time go into it (usually to vote the next day) it says my design failed to upload. 

Four times now in the past month. Seriously impacting the last campaign now this one as I've only caught one in time to re-attempt. 

Prior to July I've never had this in playing since 2017. I'm very close to quitting the game with all the unnecessary changes and consequencial performance issues. Fed up of losing out now because of issues.
