BUG in Artemis II Rocket

Anyone else having issues with the Artemis II Rocket? I can not advance to level 5. I am stuck! Any ideas? Or how I can advance pass this Bug? I am using a Samsung Tablet. Thanks!

You need another building to level up. See in the tab of the artemis 2
